The client may pay using the methods offered by PayU. Payments are made in gross amounts, including VAT. After successful payment authorisation, confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. § 3. Complaints Payment complaints should be submitted to the service provider within 7 days of payment. The service provider will review the complaint within 14 days of receipt. § 4.
